Wasagaming Weekend with Charlie and Carolynne is one of the major events of our Square Dance Summer. Here is a transcription of their history as told by Charlie at the 25th Anniversary celebration.

Whirlaways Westeners are one of the oldest clubs in the Eastman area.  On Oct 4th, 2015 they celebrated their 60th Anniversary.  Here is their history as supplied at that event.

Square One was a short lived club but yet it lives on in the caller and dancers that came from that club.  Read their history here.

In 1977, CJOB radio station produced 3 commercials for Roy Barry of the Manitoba Square Dance Federation.

Now that you have heard a radio commercial from way back how about a video the the International Square Dance Convention held in Winnipeg June 1, 2, 3 1967.  The original 16 mm video tape did not have any audio track so I have added my own.  Sound does not match the action in the video however.
